Stella Luz

Stella Luz (also known as Helen), co-owner and pole instructor at Starlight Pole Fitness and co-owner at Creatrix Movement Co., brings nearly a year of passion and dedication to her craft. Enthusiastic about sensual movement and flow, she sees each pole journey as a distinct and precious experience. Stella Luz imparts her love for the art of pole through her classes: Like a Virgin for those brand new to pole, Foundations for those continuing their exploration, and Aflowdite - Surrender which beckons beginners to embrace the world of freestyle with open arms.

As a loud and proud queer Latina and plus-size pole dancer, Stella Luz finds that a space where diversity and inclusivity are celebrated is a space where growth happens easily. Stella Luz is excited to embrace all polers’ journeys, brand new and seasoned, in the beautiful, cosmic haven that is Starlight.
