POLING FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME
Ready to take your first spin on the pole? Welcome to "Newcomer," your gateway to the world of pole fitness! Whether you're a complete newbie or just looking to dip your toes into something new, this four-week class is designed with you in mind. No upper body strength required—just bring yourself and an open mind. You'll learn the basics of pole dancing in a welcoming and supportive environment, where no prior experience is needed. Dress comfortably in shorts and a tee to maximize grip, and remember to leave the jewelry and lotions/oils at home for safety. Foundations
IT'S THE CLIMB... AND MORE
Ready to ascend to new heights? "Foundations" is your gateway from "Newcomer" to "Progressions." With at least two "Newcomer" classes or prior pole experience, you're primed for the next stage.

In "Foundations," you'll master level one moves on both spin and static poles while focusing on essential climbing techniques and dynamic conditioning exercises. Strengthen your skills, build endurance, and conquer new challenges alongside our supportive community at Starlight Pole Fitness.

Progressions

If you're comfortable casting off into a drop-down jasmine, ready to invert, and have a tolerance for spinning pole, you're ready to join us in this exciting journey. In "Progressions," you'll refine your technique and expand your repertoire with a focus on basic inverts, drop-down inverts, and up-leveling moves learned in “Foundations.” Challenge yourself with combos and harder variations as you build strength, confidence, and creativity on the pole.

WE ARE DEFYING GRAVITY
Ready to push your pole practice to its limits? Welcome to "Experienced" the class designed for upper-level advanced polers ready to soar to new heights. If you can confidently invert from the floor and accomplish most things in "Progressions," you're ready to join us in this exhilarating journey.

In "Experienced," we'll elevate your skills to the highest of heights. Build upon everything you've learned in your pole journey so far and take it to the next level. From shoulder mounting to aerial inverting and performing high-level spins and combinations, this class will challenge and inspire you to push your boundaries and perfect your technique.

Wear anything that makes you feel comfortable and allows you to move freely. Feel free to add spice to your outfits if it makes you feel amazing, or come in leggings if that makes your heart happy. Desire
Aflowdite: Desire is where sensuality meets empowerment in our intermediate heels pole choreography class. Explore your sensual, sexual, and fierce side as you learn moves that make you drip like honey, empowering you to feel invincible and full of desire. Find your inner divinity and express it through your outfit; whether it's fishnets, cheeky bottoms, or even your favorite sweatpants – wear what makes you feel desirable. Join us for an unforgettable experience where you can unleash your inner divinity.

Slink
Embark on a journey of sensual exploration with Aflowdite: Slink, a class led by Hanna, a teacher known for her fluid movement style and unapologetic sensuality. In Aflowdite - Slink students will move through grounding floor flows and fluid transitions. In this class, you'll learn to slow down and connect deeply with your movement, using every part of your body to bring unique details to your flow.
Bring your favorite pair of heels, long socks or leggings to cover your knees, and knee pads if you have them. Embrace your sensual power and bring clothes that make you feel sexy – it's all about embracing your unique style and sensuality in Aflowdite: Slink.
