Sara Waide

Sara Waide is a passionate pole dance instructor, co-owner of Starlight Pole Fitness, and co-owner and curriculum writer at Creatrix Movement Co. With a background in pole dancing since 2020, Sara's journey with pole has been transformative, to say the least. From her earliest days on the pole, she found solace, confidence, and empowerment—a journey that ultimately led her to co-create Starlight Pole Fitness.

As an instructor, Sara brings her unique blend of experience, enthusiasm, and dedication to her classes, including "Like A Virgin," "Aflowdite-Connection," and "Eros." With a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment, Sara guides her students on a journey of self-discovery, helping them tap into their inner strength, sensuality, and confidence.

For Sara, pole dancing isn't just a physical activity—it's a way of life. It's about embracing every curve, every movement, and every moment with grace and power.
